DSF Holds Demonstration in Fish Processing (with fishball and tempura with surimi as its main product)

In an effort to re-echo training programs and activities, Ms. MARIA LIZA LEE spearheaded a training seminar to fellow trainers in school in fish processing to enhance their capability and at the same time, develop additional fish processed products for the Income Generating Projects of the school.

It was a two-day training seminar from July13-14, 2016 and attended by three (3) other trainers, the said seminar was arranged in sequence from the lecture, preparation of materials, making of the products and the evaluation of the result.

Products that were newly included in the Income Generating Project of the school includes FISH TEMPURA, SURIMI and FISH BALL. The demonstration was focused on the mixing of the ingredients from raw materials and the equipments
